I have had loads of £30 charges obver the last 5 years and have many friends who have reclaimed thousands of pounds.

Do you know what the current situation is in the court case? when will i be able to claim??
THE WHOLE POINT IS THAT THEY ARE CHARG £30 FOR ADMIN FEES. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AS IT TAKES THEM NO TIME TO DO THE ADMIN

(I was only 2 months behind) I paid the $200.00 and 3 days later they repo’d the truck without any written notice and 2 wks later they auctioned it, not allowing any time to reclaim the vechicle and now are trying to stick me with a bill of $6000.00, for a vechicle that they sold for less then the value of the loan, leaving me no more options.
I just want to find out if this is lawful. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, my account with Barclays Bank went into overdraft, and because of their unfair charges back in 2003, the debt went up and up until finally it was sold on to a DCA. The account is now in default. I DID try to enter into a repayment plan, but after one more month of difficulty, they penalised me AGAIN with another £75 charge.
The problem is i now have this impacting negatively on my credit file and i need to clear it, but don’t know whether the reclaiming issue is in anyway viable for me to try and nullify the debt. It was due to their unfair charges i got into this mess in the first place!
Any advice? Can i reclaim or get this debt written off even though its now with a DCA?

£20 has gone into my bank account so today i’m £2 overdrawn.

First off this all started on my laptop after playing Zynga games on Facebook on a network at an assisted living facility. On my laptop and on network connected PC’s. The network admin is a contractor and is not interested in pursuing whether or not there is a problem. There is a file on my laptop called pcanet.ini that seems to have a server a login and a paszsword but I tried it and cannot access it. I rebuilt my laptop five times and was accessed five times that I know of and several times strange icons showed up on my desk like a short cut to the control panel. There is a file called pcaini.ini that has a server name a log in name and a password on my laptop.
Also the network admin set up a connection that he named x and I was knocked off line. Instead of bothering him I renamed the connection y with the help of Linksys. I was again knocked off line and my ip was changed from 192. to 168 or 9 something and returned to the connection named X that he made. Several charges were made to my paypal account on a game I played in addition to ones I actually made. Emails to the company that I did not send were in my yahoo saved mail. Tonight on one of the computers directly connected to the net there was an email from me to this Facebook Game Company in another users outlook express out box He is 90 plus and came to me because he was having difficulty connecting) and when I deleted it an additional email from him with the same text showed up and I deleted that too.

Last night I noticed all the printers were set to the xps writer service and I wrote to the owner of the facility that they needed to be changed back to the HP printers that we have. I tried to and the error message printer service unabailbe with some garbage charaters showed up. I checked this morning and the computers were set back to the HPs but not printing. I wrote to the owner that it appeared the network guy was working on it or had done it and left for the day. I returned this afternoon and they were set back to the xps writer. Also my admin privileges which I deliberately removed had returned again.

We do not use outlook express on these two computers but often times I will look at the screen and under my name it says one program running. The admin thinks I am a crackpot and all of the other users are 90 plus and just get on to check their bank statements or email and have not been complaining to him about these things. However in the last two days residents who use yahoo have come to me and complained about losing keyboard control and screen freezes while working on their email.
My theory is that I have some sort of middleware attack using the localhost loopback between my yahoo, Facebook and Google accounts. Because no matter how many times I change the password strange things happen on the computer.
I requested a refund from the bank and closed my paypal account and have not played the game since.
I did have my previous yahoo address hijacked from me where they changed the security question. I may have fallen for a fishing website when I got an email on how to reclaim hijacked emails with a email forwarding service. I connected all of my emails to the hijacked email account name and these problems started. I changed so that Google is my primary email and it shows log ons from my ip address when I was not on the computer.
It is most unlikely a user on the network because they are all in their 90s. So am I overreacting to normal technical events? One of the support people asked me if it could be the admin. He does not like me but he seems to be a very kind man and gets along with everyone so it would be out of character for him to deliberately rattle me.
I am not that interesting so why would a hacker target me or is he targeting the Network because it does not have a full time guard?
Or at least one that knows enough technical stuff.

Because of this, I was charged overdraft for them eventhough at the moment I spent that money I had money in the bank. I called the bank last night and reported the card stolen and they said there were 3 transaction, 2 in target which were about 400 bucks each and 1 in Ralph’s which the transaction was declined and they told me they were going to cancel it and reverse the charges but to call department of reclaims today cause it was closed last night to tell them what was happening so they could start an investigation. I called them and they told me they did not see any activity that had gone through. The thing that I want to know is how can I find the places, the locations in where he did this transactions so i can check him on video so i can find the ***** and get my stuff back and maybe add some *** whoopping. Im from San Diego and I think the fu**er lives somewhere in linda vista or close to the 8 freeway.
