My Samsung Reclaim is charging without a charger? Help?

Okay, I took my phone off the charger and it still kept charging so I turned it on and off twice and still it kept charging. I put it on the charger and it said charging complete and stopped so I took it off. A few second later it starts recharging its self without a charger.
Help?
Is there something wrong with my phone?
