reclaiming bank charges

I received a phone call from a company yesterday, Reliance Insurance Ltd, saying that they could reclaim bank charges of £800 at a cost of £45. I gave them my card details, as they said they needed these details to be put onto the legal documents required for the claim. Does anyone have any experience with this company in relation to bank charges? Could you tell me whether your claim was successful? Thanks.x
