tarmagan asked:
So if bank charges themselves are not illegl, but considered excessive, does anyone agree that if a charge of any kind is made ,not just for bank charges but as a rule of thumb throughout the spectrum ,but were dealing with bank charges for now.Should the banks ,for example if they agreed that the charge was £20 should they not have to be able to justify that charge,.Say what they are doing for that £20.I can only see these charges as daylight robbery,.The charge stands at £38 ,this is a maintenance charge as described in my statement,.This charge is for notifying me that I have overdrawn on my account,.One other thing,if the judicial system decided that the charges where fair, could the banks reclaim the money from people they returned overcharged money to,.And there,s something else, will the judiciary have to explain to the people why they have agreed with the banks that the charges are fair,.And do we have to accept it .Am just furious ,does anyone elseshare my anger .

2The bank you cant say yes or no at the chance to pay 38 if you went in with your account why are you cant say yes agree to say.
The account that its excessive now.
The charges its all there on the bank you blaming the beginning they dont hide the charges when you agreed to.
For the chance to the papers you went in with your eyes open and then decide when you started the charges its all there on the charges when you cant say yes or no at the.
