However, all of the payments are paid by my money
- 12K downpayment mother-in-law lent me, and I reimbursed to her. I got record of this
- closing cost and paperwork fee – charge in my bank
- monthly mortgage payment 2-yrs – charge in my bank
- 7 months HOA – charge in my bank
- 18K for remodelling, and appliances – charge in my bank
My wife doesn’t deposit a penny in this mutual bank.
What would I do to reclaim this townhouse?
Can I raise this issue to judge or hire a lawyer to claim this townhouse?
I appreciate your pros and cons input in this situation before I have a final talk with my wife and my mother-in-law before I sign divorce payper.
