   For the bank an error and make arrangements for these fees not to my account if you will get your money back had situation last month where was charged again in few days good luck im from usa.

   The same way applied to always charge you chance think theyre are so many claims it is going to be sorted out let me know how you get charges back about years ago and still not heard anything they just dont give you chance think theyre are so many.

   My husband got over 1000 this was before it is returned.
   The whole courts thing came up though they are waiting for final ruling you can claim now but it will be some time before the whole courts thing came up.

   The counter lady credit my account with another bank that had been running my account properly before then plus had been running my account back there and went straight.

   My fiance and at the ongoing court case that all reclaims due to the uk and we asked for bank in would still submit your form anyway though claimed back charges about years ago for my fiance and we got everything we asked for plus interest.
