hi a question about reclaiming my bank charges. I hav already done the first stage of writting to the bank?

..They replied with a full list of charges. But as the whole refund thing is being put on hold I’m not entirely sure what I’m meant to do next. the letter that accompanied the list of charges hinted that i needed to wait before i progress in the claim. What im really wanting to know is now that i have a list of the full charges do i take the next step and respond insisting on a refund or do i need to wait until the court hearing takes place???
