this case is not til’ ’08 so should I bother trying to reclaim my bank charges now or is it not worth my while. Also can I reclaim bank charges to an account which have since closed or would that claim be invalid?

1Contact the FSA and ask them.
Personally, I feel it’s a crock to try to claim back bank charges. One went against the rules established by the banks and as a result was made to pay the fees the bank had disclosed. No break rules, no pay charges.
