barclays bank wont refund 30 pound overdrawn charge like normal?

hi i was overdrawn by 2 pound for 1 day, and charged 30 pound,normally ring them up and they refund it,rang today and explained and she said as been overdrawn 3 times in 6 months they wont pay it back,explained that waiting for tax credits to be sorted out and the money i get today was family allowence which need to buy nappies ,milk ect but she said no,have looked on barclays website but cant find any thing??
what can i do if anything to get it back???thanks
